- Divestiture of the Smart Brazil business unit from the Smart Global (SGH) SAP S/4HANA 1909 environment.
- Divested the Smart Brazil business unit from SGH's SAP S/4HANA 1909 environment, deleting non-Brazil data using SAP LT Clone & Delete, ensuring TSA and data compliance.

Solutions
- Kellton utilized its SAP SLO/LT expertise to carve out the Brazil business unit data from SGH's Production S/4HANA system using the SAP LT Clone and Delete approach.
- Implemented a robust plan with three test cycles followed by a Production run to ensure the accuracy of the delivered solution.
- Addressed unique business requirements, including 700+ custom tables and specific master data, with additional development efforts, enabling innovations and enhancements for both existing and new entities with lower testing efforts.

Impact
- Created a new SAP S/4HANA 1909 landscape with Brazil business processes, historical data, and existing integrations intact.
- Aligned to the TSA requirements, the project was executed in 14 weeks, smooth cutover with negligible business impact, On-time and On-budget.
- Ensured data compliance requirements of both SGH and Brazil business units. All sensitive business data of SGH (non-Brazil) was deleted.
