ProSoft Technology Group Inc., a Kellton Tech company and a leading US-based enterprise solutions and business integration provider, announced today that it will do business as Kellton Tech with immediate effect.
This marks the culmination of events set forth by the acquisition of ProSoft Group last year (June 1, 2015) by Kellton Tech, a global enabler of Digital Transformation. Capitalizing on the merger synergies, the amalgamated group consolidated its hold on the ERP-EAI (Enterprise Resource Planning & Enterprise Application Integration) arena, while leveraging on Kellton Tech’s global footprint to expand their reach. Recently, another major merger milestone was achieved when the group integrated its acquisitions in the SAP space and launched a comprehensive end-to-end SAP Business Unit at Sapphire Now – 2016, world’s premier business technology event. The uphill journey reached its peak today, when ProSoft Group will be wholly subsumed as Digital Connected Enterprise Business Unit of Kellton Tech.
