Recognizing the challenges faced by UNICEF and its partners in manual reporting processes resulting in inefficiency and creating a digital platform - Partner Reporting Portal (PRP), that empowers both UNICEF staff and its partners to enhance their collaboration, reporting, and monitoring progress effectively
Our approach
Designing the PRP platform to streamline the reporting process, improve communication between UNICEF and implementing partners, and efficiently manage data flows to enhance program implementation with a multidimensional strategy aimed at addressing the identified challenges comprehensively
Outcomes
The PRP revolutionized the way UNICEF and its partners managed and communicated program data. It led to greater efficiency in program management, as reporting became more structured and timely, allowing resources to be allocated more effectively. Improved communication and collaboration between UNICEF and its partners led to better-informed decisions and more impactful programs for children.
