Kellton delivered a centralized, cloud-enabled HRMS with modular architecture — covering APAR, Leave, Payroll, PRMS, and Transfer and Posting — integrated via standardized APIs with FAP and external systems. An automation-first, user-centric design eliminated manual workflows while built-in audit trails ensured full government compliance by design.
Our approach
Kellton executed a phased Agile and PRINCE2-governed rollout — with robust UAT, load testing, and pre-production validation ensuring system stability. Regular VAPT, CERT-In security audits, and close API integration with FAP maintained compliance and data continuity, supported by dedicated post go-live O&M and continuous improvement cycles.

Kellton delivered a comprehensive web application covering the full employee lifecycle — from payroll, recruitment, and promotions to talent management, learning and development, and leave and attendance. A complementary mobile application extended core HR capabilities on the go — covering compensation, performance, reimbursements, and recruitment — together delivering a unified digital HR experience for FCI's entire workforce.
